At 10:15 a.m. on November 16, officers observed a car pass a stop sign on Scottsdale Boulevard and Hildana Road. A traffic check was carried out and it was learned that the passenger, a 56-year-old woman from Parma Heights, was in possession of devices suspected of drug addiction.
Officers summoned the woman for possession of drug paraphernalia and cited the driver for the traffic violation.
