These are the nine most expensive single-detached home listings in Metro Vancouver. According HouseSigmahowever, all are currently on the market at a price above the estimated sale price.
“The average asking price is 14.64% higher than the estimated sale price of the property,” the company explains.
HouseSigma notes that the most expensive abode currently for sale in the area is actually a condo. It is located in the Coal Harbor of Vancouver.
Here are the nine most expensive single-family homes in Metro Vancouver.
1. South Granville House
This residence is located at 1188 55TH Ave. in the South Granville neighborhood of Vancouver. It is currently listed at $28.88 million but is estimated at $25,523,342, according to HouseSigma.
The two-story, 13,188-square-foot mansion has six bedrooms and eight bathrooms and has been on the market for 140 days. It also has a full size indoor pool and spa, two media rooms, large gym, wine cellar, nanny’s quarters, guest bedroom basement, an elevator and an attached six-car garage with a circular heated driveway. .
2. Matthews Avenue House in Shaughnessy
Described as “prestigious” with a “Tudor style,” this 10,816 square foot Shaughnessy home has been on the market for 78 days. The luxurious abode has five bedrooms and nine bathrooms as well as a beautiful indoor swimming pool and a three-level elevator.
3. Osler Street House in Shaughnessy
