She has experience in corporate purchasing and managing supply chain contracts for a Fortune 500 manufacturer.

Lanelle Henderson joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices C. Dan Joyner Realtors as a sales associate in the company’s Midtown office.

She is an author, entrepreneur, speaker and real estate agent.

Henderson owned a marketing agency and she consulted for small businesses, national and international brands.

She also managed a property portfolio acquiring, renovating and selling over 100 residential and investment properties in one year with a growing iBuyer company.

Henderson graduated from Georgia State University and earned a Georgia real estate salesperson’s license.

The Beginnings of the Waterscape Cliffs at Keowee Springs Cliffs

On July 13, The Cliffs announced details about its new neighborhood, Waterscape at The Cliffs at Keowee Springs.

Inside the neighborhood, buyers will be able to choose from three home designs, at least 2,387 square feet, to be built on one of the development’s 19 woodlots.

  • The Wake at The Cove – from $1.79 million
  • The Cascade at The Treehouse – from $1.84 million
  • The Crest at The Cove and The Treehouse – from $1.91 million

Residents will also have access to the community’s Lake Club, a multi-use complex that includes:

  • swimming pools
  • Snowshoe courts
  • Fitness Center

Cliffs residential construction company Cliffs Builders has also teamed up with French kitchenware brand, Le Creuset, to create curated kitchen collections for this neighborhood. Buyers will be able to choose from the company’s line of handcrafted enameled cast iron in an assortment of colors, finishes and materials to match their kitchen style.
